Base Platform
Multi-tenant SaaS foundation for identity, tenancy, and platform operations
A frozen multi-tenant platform foundation with host/tenant IAM, operator consoles, APIs, and a mobile client shell — built so vertical products can ship on top.
Why organizations choose Base Platform
Business value first — then modules, integrations, and deployment models that fit your operating reality.
Base Platform is the NexorbitLabs multi-tenant SaaS foundation (BaseMultiTenant). It provides authentication and sessions (JWT, MFA), a 134-code permission catalog with host and tenant IAM, tenant administration, announcements, activity logs, operations health/diagnostics, file storage ports, notifications (SignalR), feature flags, search infrastructure, workflows/rules/approvals, webhooks, identity federation ports, AI provider ports, Hangfire background jobs, and production React host/tenant operator UI plus an Expo mobile foundation. Vertical products (CRM, ERP, POS, inventory, HR, accounting, payments) are explicitly out of scope and are intended to be built on top of this foundation.
The operating friction this product removes
Pain points that usually motivate a product evaluation and implementation program.
Tenancy and identity rewrites
Teams that bolt on multi-tenancy after launch often rebuild auth, isolation, and admin tooling under pressure.
Missing host/tenant operator surfaces
Without permission-gated consoles, support and platform teams operate through ad-hoc scripts and database access.
Vertical scope creep in the foundation
Putting CRM/ERP entities into the shared platform creates coupling that blocks reuse across products.
